Outside Sales Account Manager - Lehigh Valley

The objective of the Account Manager is to represent Arbor Material Handling in a highly professional manner by developing and strengthening existing client relationships while aggressively and systematically prospecting to develop new clients throughout the territory. An individual in this role will need to represent Arbor and its culture. Achieving Results By Optimizing Relationship. This position will work primarily in Lehigh Valley area.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Develop sales plan for assigned accounts including strategy, tactics and required support
  • Develop and strengthen existing client relationships
  • Increase sales volume through strategic prospecting and territory management
  • Staying current on product offerings and industry trends
  • Research, determine and provide solutions to exceed expectations
  • Develop thorough product knowledge and conduct equipment demonstrations
  • Provide regular and ad hoc reports to leadership
  • Manage day-to-day activity and detailed notes through CRM
