Business Development Representative(Inside Sales) - Willow Grove

PURPOSE & SCOPE

We are seeking an experienced Sale s Representative with a deep sales back ground to develop new business opportunities and provide excellent customer service. This is a great opportunity to work for a growing company and be able to boost top line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. This roles primary focus will be lead generation, starting dialogue with prospects, and working closely wit h the team on proposals and closing. The right candidate will have a growth mindset and would be given the opportunity to become an account manager contingent up on performance. In order to be successful in this role, yo u will need to have a strong understanding of the sale s process an d dynamics, as well as strong interpersonal skills. Arbor relies on the efficiency and effective communication of our salespeople . Our ideal candidate is exceptionally detail oriented , has great negotiation skills, and the ambition and drive it takes to close business. By utilizing your strong prospecting and sales skills , you'll help us grow our pipeline with new prospects. This position will be office based with occasional travel in the territory.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

  • Prospecting including cold calling, warm calling , and lead generation
  • Full compliance with CRM
  • Participate in regular accountability calls with management
  • Provide innovative input on addition al sales tools that will enable your job to be more effective
  • Participate in company training and team meetings , both web-based and in person
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Managers to develop individual account plans
  • Local travel with Account Managers as needed for individual development opportunities

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • 2-5 years inside sales experience
  • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) preferred
  •  B2B sales and cold prospecting with measurable results
  • Strong LinkedIn presence
  • CRM experience (Salesforce strongly preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
